Every year the Frederick Rugby Club holds a winter formal to celebrate the fall season. This year’s winter formal also coincides with the club's 20^th Anniversary….so this year the club will be holding the:

No Limit Texas Hold’em Tournament

Each player will be assigned to a table. Play at each table will continue until the last player holds all the chips. The final table event will be held at 7:00pm at the club’s evening event.

Dealers – We need a dealer for each table for the Poker Tournament from 10:00am – 3:00pmish. (The number needed will depend on the number of players) We will also need one dealer for the night final event from 7:00pm-10:00ish.

Gambling Details:

Each person will receive chips when they arrive to gamble with. At the end of the evening chips will be used to redeem raffle tickets for end of the night prizes.

Players….All Are Welcome!

Dealers – We will be hiring people to run the Roulette and Craps table, but we will need folks to deal the blackjack tables for us. We will have four blackjack tables that will run from 8:00pm-11:00pm.

Pit Boss – We need someone to keep an eye on the list and times through the night. Answer questions from players.

Welcome Table – We will need coverage for the welcome table from 6:30pm – 11:30pm.

For our 20^th Anniversary celebration we are in need of help from YOU to tell the whole story of our Club!

• Do you have any hardware earned by the team from past years collecting dust in your office or den?
• Do you have any great photos from matches, tours, socials, or other activities?
• Do you have any other memorabilia that you want the club to have…maybe one of the old “Man of the Match” Cups?

We are putting together a display for the 20^th Anniversary Party that will tell the whole story…..SO HELP US TRACK EVERYTHING DOWN!!!!! Give us a call……We’d love to add what you have to this years display!
