How the auction works:
This fundraising auction is a semi-silent auction. Rather than just announcing the highest bidder at the close of the auction as is done in a true silent auction, the highest bid on items will be updated at least once each day until the close of the auction. Items up for auction are listed below and bids must be submitted online.

The auction opened on July 21 and closes on September 1 at 5:00pm. Winning bids will be posted here and the winners notified by email that evening. In the case of tied top bids, those tied bidders will be contacted to submit a final bid and the highest of those final bids wins.

The Price is Right Rule: Because we all hate the $#%&* on the morning favorite who bids $1 more than the highest bid, we have enacted an anti-$1 rule for the final seven days of bidding. So, all bids August 25 through September 1 must be at least $5 higher than the highest bid listed for an item at the time. Otherwise, the bid will not be accepted.

Notice: For items that require FRFC traveling to your location, e.g., Dinner & a Movie, the location must be within 30 miles of Frederick, MD.

Magnum's Dinner and a Movie For your generous bid you will receive a privately catered dinner for two followed by the movie of your choice brought to you in the comfort of your own home. Following your consultation with our highly qualified chefs you will be delivered a prepared three course dinner, bottle of wine, and your chosen DVD.
