Seven years ago, eight Frederick Rugby players looked for a reason to start drinking by 8:00 AM on the day of the Pig Roast. On that day, seven years ago, The Frederick Rugby Club Golf Classic was born. With the help of our friends and family, each year our numbers have slowly grown…so has the rowdy good time.
When:
July 9, 2005 Golfers must be there by 7:30 AM for the team drawing – Shotgun start at 8:00am
Everyone from the beginner, and all the way to the experienced duffer is welcome. Four man teams will be randomly drawn before tee-off.
The only requirement is the desire for a great time and the hope of drinking from the coveted “Pig Roast Golf Classic Trophy”.
